During my recent stay at Parkhotel, I had the pleasure of dining at The Italian Butcher, an authentic Italian restaurant just a stone's throw away. As a marine biologist hailing from Edinburgh, I appreciate fresh, sustainable seafood and was thrilled to find that all chefs and waiters were Italian, ensuring an authentic culinary experience.The restaurant's ambiance was lovely; we enjoyed drinks at the bar and dined alfresco on the rooftop terrace, soaking in the beautiful views. The proximity of Main Street's exciting restaurants, such as Davino and Restaurant Helmuth, added to the gastronomic delight of our stay.At breakfast, freshly made dishes greeted us each morning, setting the tone for a day of exploration. The smoke-free hotel's bar/lounge and snack bar offerings further enhanced our culinary journey, making each meal a memorable experience. Parkhotel truly caters to every taste bud, offering a gourmet getaway that leaves you craving for more.
